For each project/Event/Workshop we establish relationships with partners who we know will help us create added value for your project/Event/Workshop. As well as bringing together the public and private sectors, we make sector-overarching links to gather knowledge and to learn from each other who we know will help us create added value for your project/Event/Workshop.

1. Eligibility: Any one male/ femal from age between 10-30 yr who has a training and practice in classical dance can be eligible to apply . Participant from different countries can also take part in the competition

2. Application and selection process: Participant has to fill online application and and sent the audition performance video on whats app no. 9370152277. Based on the jurry Judgement

3. Performance Duration: Participant has to perform withing 5-7 min for solo and 7-10 min for group/duo/trio.

4. Dress code: specify the appropriate dress code for performers, ensuring that it aligns with the traditional attire of the respective dance forms. This will help maintain the cultural authenticity of the performances. You have bring the dress code by yourself. Organiser will not reposnisble for the providing dress code.

5. Music and accompaniment : Specify any restrictions or requirements regarding the accompanying musicians or sound system before the performance. Bring your performance audio and music track and provide to respective coordinator before start of program

6. Stage setup: Please provide instructions for the stage setup, including dimensions, lighting, sound, and any specific requirements for each dance form. Ensure the stage design complements the performances and allows for smooth transitions between acts.

7. Code of conduct: emphasize the importance of maintaining discipline, respect, and professionalism among the participants, including performers, organizers, and audience members. Encourage a supportive and inclusive environment.

8. Photography and videography: Photography and videography during the program are restricated for the viewer. Only the person alloted for the job will be allowed take the photographs and video.

9. Intellectual property rights: Oraganiser has a full rights and ownership of the usage of the recordeperfromance during the program ensuring that the artists' intellectual property is protected.

10. Event promotion and publicity: Event will be promoted through various channel including TV, Social media, Website, Print Media.

Registration Fees

No Refunds for registration fees paid for events such as dance shows, fashion shows, award shows, etc. 

Hotel Bookings and Travel Charges

Refunds for hotel bookings and travel charges will be processed as per the provider's policy. Please review the respective provider's terms for more details.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be credited within 5-6 business days to the original payment method.
